Rent a room :
Price per night for Léocadie, Yvonne or Julia rooms:
- 2 people: 80 euros
- 1 person: 72 euros
- additional bed: 25 euros
Price of the night for the Jeanne suite (2 bedrooms):
- 2 people: 95 euros
- 3 people: 120 euros
- 4 people: 130 euros
The prices include: breakfasts (buffet consisting of breads, brioche, cereals, yogurts, homemade jams, fruits and cheeses and various drinks), access to the small kitchen, the dining room and the living-room, the access to the enclosed garden, wifi connection, overnight stay for children up to 2 years old.
Rental of the whole house :
- 8 people: 270 euros / night
- 10 people: 310 euros / night
- each additional person: on request to the owner
- Cleaning fees: 120 euros
The duration of your stay can be personalized in consultation with the owner.
The prices include: access to the large kitchen, the dining room and the living room, access to the enclosed garden, Wi-Fi connection, overnight stay for children up to 2 years old.
Payment :
To confirm your reservation, a 25% deposit is required.
- Reservation by check to Corinne Batailley or by bank transfer (RIB or IBAN available by email).
- Payment by check, cash, bank transfer or PayPal transfer. https://www.paypal.com/fr/home.
- A deposit is required if you book the entire house: it is 20% of the total price of the stay and is returned to you on your departure.
Stay & cancellation :
In case of cancellation by the customer before the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance due.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the total stay will be requested.
In case of cancellation by the owner, the deposit will be returned to the customer.
Meal & dinner :
You can book a meal outside the high season. It will be served for 25 euros / person, wine not included and depending on the availability of the hostess.
